We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our online presence across all social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, etc.).

• Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.

• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

• Generate quality leads through social media campaigns.

• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.

• Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly.

• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).

• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms.

• Experience in running ads and budget management.

• Content creation and copywriting skills.

• Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing tools.

• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

• Good communication and creative thinking skills.

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
