Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook to join our kitchen team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing authentic South Indian dishes and also possess basic to good knowledge of Chinese cuisine. Candidates from all over India are welcome to apply.

• Responsibilities: Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambhar, uttapam, and other regional specialties
• Prepare selected Chinese dishes as per menu requirements
• Ensure taste, quality, and hygiene standards are maintained
• Manage daily kitchen operations related to food preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
• Requirements: Proven experience as a South Indian Cook
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine is mandatory
• Ability to maintain consistency in taste and presentation
• Willingness to work in Nagpur location
