Store Executive (Off Role)

Location: Nagpur & Upcountry Market, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹17,000 + MWA + Incentives

Role Overview:Drive demand generation and business growth by coordinating with contractors, architects, interior designers, and customers while managing DOCO/SIS store operations efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit construction/renovation sites to generate leads and track opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors and influencers
• Promote premium products and new launches
• Handle walk-in customers and provide product guidance
• Maintain store display, stock materials, and support inventory
• Follow up on leads to ensure order conversion
• Track competitor activities and share market insights
• Submit daily/weekly reports

✔ Sales-driven & field-oriented

✔ Basic knowledge of paints/construction

✔ Ability to work independently

Qualification:Graduate/Post Graduate (Marketing/Business preferred)
