Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage dispatch operations, warehouse activities, inventory control, CFA coordination, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires strong operational execution, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive KPI performance across channels.

• Key Responsibilities: Operations & Customer Service Ensure timely dispatch and delivery across GT, MT, and CSD channels.
• Meet OTIF and Fill Rate targets and drive PDP implementation.
• Oversee timely loading/unloading of vehicles and smooth CFA operations.
• Manage salt production, packaging, warehouse operations, and racking activities.
• Coordinate with CFA teams and ensure all customer orders are serviced on time.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Track and drive supply chain KPIs for performance improvement.

Requirements:

Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.

Fresher or 0-11months Experience in FMCG / Manufacturing / CFA / Warehouse operations preferred.

Strong knowledge of logistics, dispatch, inventory management, and quality standards.

Familiarity with FSSC 22000 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet operational KPIs.
