Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and support macOS devices and Windows Server infrastructure in a hybrid enterprise environment
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity services
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Apple devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune)
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server roles (DNS, DHCP, File Services, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability
- Implement security best practices, patch management, and compliance standards
- Support integration between macOS and Windows environments
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Collaborate with IT teams to support network, cloud, and endpoint infrastructure
- Provide technical support and documentation for systems and processes
