• Key Responsibilities: Calling parents/students for JEE, NEET & Board courses
• Explaining course details, fees structure & benefits clearly
• Handling inquiries, follow-ups & appointment scheduling
• Maintaining call records and daily reports
• Supporting the admissions and counseling team
• Required Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)
• Convincing & polite talking style
• Basic computer knowledge (calling software / Excel)
• Ability to handle pressure and targets
• Candidates with telecalling / education counseling experience preferred
