Telecaller

Job Description: Telecaller – General Insurance (Four-Wheeler)We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calling for four-wheeler general insurance products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, sales ability, and basic knowledge of motor insurance.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding four-wheeler insurance renewal, new policies, and add-on cover details.
• Explain policy features, premiums, benefits, and terms clearly to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries related to claims, policy lapses, NCB, IDV, and renewal procedures.
• Collect customer details and update them accurately in the system.
• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain calling records and daily sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet monthly calling and sales targets.
• Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of general insurance or willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Qualifications:12th / Graduate (any stream).
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in insurance calling will be an added advantage.
