Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services clearly and confidently

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales/appointments

Maintain and update customer database in CRM or Excel

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets

Keep records of interactions and prepare basic reports
