Telecaller

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for candidates seeking blue-collar opportunities (such as delivery partners, warehouse staff, and drivers). Your primary goal is to identify, screen, and schedule qualified candidates to meet our hiring targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Make a high volume of daily calls to prospective candidates from provided databases and job portals.
• Candidate Screening: Explain job roles, salary structures, and benefits clearly; verify candidate eligibility (e.g., license for drivers, Aadhaar card, smartphone availability).
• Lead Generation: Source new candidates through referrals and social media groups.
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews/onboarding sessions between candidates and the field operations team.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of called, interested, and joined candidates in the daily tracker.
• Follow-up: Ensure candidates show up for their scheduled interviews through consistent reminders.
• Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or recruitment (experience in blue-collar hiring is a plus).
• Communication: Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (essential for the Nagpur/Mumbai market) and basic English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build quick rapport with candidates and handle objections with patience.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and calling applications.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
