Job SummaryAnalog Digital is looking for a dynamic Telecaller / Sales & Counselling Executive to handle education counselling (digital marketing courses) as well as real estate project calling. The role involves lead qualification, counselling, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into admissions and site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and handle inbound calls for:
• 
  
• Digital marketing courses (students & professionals)
• Real estate projects (property buyers & investors)
• Explain course details, career benefits, and fee structures
• Share real estate project information such as location, pricing, offers, and site visit details
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Schedule:

• Counselling sessions & admissions follow-ups
• Property site visits & meetings with sales team
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM or Excel
• Regular follow-ups via calls & WhatsApp
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly conversion goals
• Coordinate with counselling, marketing, and real estate sales teams
• Skills & RequirementsStrong communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Experience in telecalling, education counselling, or real estate calling preferred
• Ability to handle multiple product categories
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Target-oriented mindset
