Job Description
A Telecalling Executive is responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients via telephone to promote IT services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and services related to the Textile Industry. The role involves understanding customer needs, generating leads, and fostering strong client relationships to contribute to the organization's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Customer Interaction:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce IT services and textile industry solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and convert them into opportunities.
- Product and Service Promotion:
- Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of services like Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing, and Textile solutions.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team by setting appointments and transferring qualified leads.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and share insights with the sales team.
- Market Research and Feedback:
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to refine outreach strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Handle basic customer complaints or escalate them to relevant departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with IT services (e.g., Website Development, Mobile App Development, Digital Marketing).
- Knowledge of the textile industry is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service roles in IT or Textile sectors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made daily.
- Conversion rate of leads to appointments or sales.
