Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join the collections team of Yaskera Private Limited in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers to follow up on pending payments and resolving payment-related queries. Good communication skills and a polite yet firm approach are required. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain call records are necessary. Prior experience in telecalling or collections will be preferred.
