Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident female telesales executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and achieving sales targets through telephonic conversations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
• Generate leads, maintain customer data, and follow up for conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and build long-term relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain call records and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign improvements.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates may apply.
• Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and/or regional language.
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).
