Location: Hingna MIDC, Wadi Road, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on interview & performance)

• About Us

Kinkob Kreations is a leading manufacturer of premium mattresses and hotel linen products, delivering comfort and quality across India. We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team.

• Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound telesales calls and manage inbound inquiries.
• Generate leads and maintain a proper database of potential clients.
• Arrange and organize customer data using Google Sheets / Excel.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
• Maintain daily call reports, sales records, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in Sales / Telesales (mandatory).
• Proven experience in lead generation, telecalling, and sales conversion.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage data, multitask, and work under targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.

• Education

• Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation (mandatory).
• MBA (Sales & Marketing) – pursuing or completed will be given preference.
