Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing control, precision, and reliability by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role involves driving innovation in testing strategies, fostering predictive and intelligent automation solutions that elevate the overall quality and integrity of software delivery. Collaborating with various teams, you ensure that testing is continuously optimized to meet evolving project demands and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in testing processes and automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in test automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Monitor and report on testing metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools relevant to Mendix applications.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop predictive testing approaches.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
