Travel Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants with excellent communication skills, who can work independently as well as part of a team. If you are passionate about travel and love helping people plan their dream trips, this role is for you!

• Key ResponsibilitiesConsult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Design customized itineraries including flights, hotels, transport, tours, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visas, insurance, and travel requirements.
• Manage reservations, issue tickets, and process payments efficiently.
• Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide post-booking support.
• Stay updated with travel trends, promotions, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• RequirementsProven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a customer service role (preferred).
• Freshers are also welcome with the right enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional client service.
