Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Video Editor & Content Producer who can handle the complete video production cycle - from concept, scripting, shooting, editing, motion graphics, reels creation, and client coordination to AI-powered video creation.

This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, storytelling, social media engagement, and modern AI video tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Shooting & ProductionPlan and execute video shoots (Reels, Ads, Brand Videos, Interviews, Testimonials, Corporate Videos)
• Handle camera setup, lighting, audio recording
• Direct on-camera talent for best performance
• Travel for client shoots when required

Video Editing & Post-ProductionEdit high-quality videos for:

• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Brand films
• Promotional ads
• Corporate presentations
• Add transitions, effects, sound design, subtitles, color grading
• Create engaging thumbnails and short-form content

Motion Graphics & EffectsCreate animated videos, explainer videos, typography animations

• Develop logo animations and intro/outro sequences
• Use motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling

Script Writing & Creative DirectionWrite scripts for:

• Social media videos
• Brand storytelling videos
• Ad campaigns
• Convert marketing briefs into engaging video concepts
• Suggest trending formats and viral ideas

AI Video Creation & ToolsCreate AI-generated videos using tools like:

• Runway
• Pika
• Synthesia
• Midjourney
• ChatGPT for scripting
• Stay updated with AI tools and automation in video production
• Integrate AI into editing workflows to improve efficiency

Client Management & CommunicationUnderstand client requirements and marketing goals

• Present video concepts and edits to clients
• Handle feedback professionally and implement revisions
• Ensure timely delivery of projects

Required SkillsStrong command over:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro (optional)
• CapCut (for reels)
• Knowledge of camera handling & lighting setup
• Strong understanding of social media trends
• Creative storytelling ability
• Basic graphic design sense
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
