Role Overview We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and technical expertise in video shooting and editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging video content for brands across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit videos for social media, ads, websites, YouTube, and promotional campaigns.
• Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form content (YouTube, corporate videos).
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and motion graphics.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and basic visual enhancements.
• Ensure videos align with brand tone, messaging, and marketing goals.

Creative & Technical Responsibilities:

• Create engaging storytelling through visuals and editing techniques.
• Work with scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual identity across all video content.
• Use AI-based tools for video enhancement, voice over, subtitles, and automation where required.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other editing tools.
• Hands-on experience with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras and basic lighting setups.
• Understanding of framing, composition, color theory, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of social media video formats and trends (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

Videography:

• Plan and execute professional video shoots for clients, including office shoots, product shoots, interviews, events, reels, and promotional videos.
• Visit client locations for on-site video shoots as per project requirements.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, audio recording, and framing to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand shoot requirements and brand vision.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum 6 month of experience as a Video Editor or Videographer.
• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Media, Film Making, Animation, or related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and shooting work.
• Must be willing to travel for client shoots(optional)
