Job Description

  • Production
  • Operate cameras to capture high-quality video footage.
  • Set up lighting and audio equipment for optimal recording conditions.
  • Direct on-camera talent or interview subjects.
  • Capture B-roll, event coverage, and supplementary footage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on set (camera settings, audio problems, lighting adjustments).



  • Post-Production
  • Import, organize, and manage video and audio files.
  • Edit raw footage into clear, compelling, and polished videos.
  • Add music, sound effects, graphics, animations, and captions.
  • Perform color correction and color grading.
  • Sync audio, clean up background noise, and enhance sound quality.
  • Create motion graphics or simple animations as needed.
  • Ensure edits align with brand guidelines, narrative goals, and client feedback.
  • Export videos in various formats optimized for web, social media, or broadcast.
