Waiter / Steward

Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Stewards/Waiters to join our service team. This role requires a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring guests have a pleasant and seamless dining experience from start to finish.

• Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Clear tables, reset them for the next guests, and maintain overall cleanliness of the service area
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or requests
• Coordinate with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times
• Assist in daily setup and closing procedures, including restocking and cleaning tasks
• Qualifications & Skills:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service is a plus
