Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end warehouse operations at Naini and Mahewa locations for an FMCG company. The role requires strong operational control, inventory accuracy, manpower supervision, and proficiency in computer-based systems.

Key Responsibilities: Proven experience in managing and operating a 10,000 sq. ft. or larger warehouse facility with end-to-end responsibility.

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inward, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory management through physical and system reconciliation
• Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO processes to minimize expiry and damages
• Manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and contract labor
• Coordinate with sales, transporters, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Maintain accurate records of inward/outward movements and documentation
• Use ERP/WMS systems for stock updates, GRNs, invoicing support, and reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel and ERP systems
• Monitor and control losses, damages, shortages, and pilferage
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
• Support internal audits and stock verification exercises
• Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of FMCG warehouse and distribution operations
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/WMS systems
• Experience handling high-volume SKUs and multi-location operations
• Hands-on expertise in FIFO / FEFO inventory practices
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze stock data and prepare MIS reports

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager in FMCG
• Proven experience in computer-based inventory and reporting systems
• Familiarity with Naini and Mahewa trade areas preferred
• Willingness to travel between locations as required
