Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Commi 1st / All-Rounder Chef to lead our kitchen as Chef. The candidate should have strong skills in Indian, Chinese, and basic Continental cuisine, along with the ability to manage kitchen operations, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure consistent food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily kitchen operations
- Menu planning & food presentation
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and hygiene
- Support special events & peak service hours
Requirements:
- Experience as Commi 1st / All-Rounder Chef
- Good leadership & communication skills
- Hotel/resort experience preferred
