Job Description

Role Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify hiring needs and support end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters, contracts, and handle pre-joining formalities.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.


2. Payroll & HR Operations

  • Support monthly payroll processing by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS database.
  • Prepare HR letters (experience, salary, transfer, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).


3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, payroll, and benefits.
  • Foster a positive work environment and support employee grievance handling.


4. Performance Management

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain appraisal records.


5. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and feedback.


6. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure adherence to policies.
  • Generate HR reports for management (attrition, recruitment, attendance, etc.).
  • Assist in audits and policy implementation.


Qualifications & Skills Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR roles (executive/assistant).
  • Freshers with strong HR internship experience may also apply (optional line).
