Job Description
- Sales ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business leads through cold calling, emails, field visits, and online platforms.
- Identify potential customers and develop new markets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and payment conditions with clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment collection.
- Coordinate with the dispatch/service team for timely delivery and installation.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and customer data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
