Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting real estate projects over the phone. You will play a key role in connecting potential buyers with our sales team and driving property sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and offers to clients.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM.
- Follow up with potential buyers regularly to close sales.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about projects.
