Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Telecaller who can speak fluent Hindi and basic English to join our team. The main job is to call potential students, provide information about the ABS Institute, and help them with the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling Customers: Make phone calls to potential students to explain ABS Institute’s courses and answer their questions.
• Follow-Up Calls: Stay in touch with students to encourage them to join the institute and answer any follow-up questions.
• Admissions Help: Share information about courses and guide students through the admission process.
• Problem Solving: Handle basic issues or complaints and pass on more complicated matters to the correct team.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate notes about all calls and update the system regularly.
• Building Relationships: Build good relationships with students to keep them engaged and happy.

Qualifications:

• Languages:
• Fluent in Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Experience: At least 6 month of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
• Communication Skills: Must have a clear and friendly way of talking to people.
• Customer Focus: Be patient, helpful, and positive while talking to customers.
