Job Title:* Business Development Executive

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Business Development Executive to manage and grow relationships with our top-tier clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional post-sales experience, addressing client needs, managing ongoing service requirements (such as QR and speaker installations), and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

* *Issue Resolution:* Proactively address and resolve client issues and concerns.

* *Merchant Onboarding:* Facilitate the onboarding process for new merchants.

* *TAT Adherence:* Ensure all deployments are completed within a three-day timeline.

* *Lead Generation:* Generate new leads from the market.

* *Account Servicing:* Provide servicing for active and inactive accounts.

* *Sales:* Drive EDC and SS sales to key accounts.

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum 12th pass; graduation is an added advantage.

* Must own a two-wheeler.

* 6 months of experience in sales and service.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with merchants.

* Proficiency in MS Excel.

* Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
