Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Poultry Feed Sales Executive to expand our layer feed business in Namakkal and nearby regions. The candidate must have strong field experience in poultry feed or related agro products and maintain good relationships with poultry farmers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand layer feed sales in assigned territory
• Visit poultry farms daily and generate new leads
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (in tons)
• Explain feed formulations, performance benefits, and pricing to farmers
• Collect market intelligence (competitor pricing, offers, schemes)
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery
• Ensure payment collection as per company policy
• Provide regular sales reports to management
• Required QualificationsMinimum 1–5 years experience in poultry feed / veterinary pharma / agro sales
• Strong local market knowledge of Namakkal poultry belt
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Basic technical knowledge of layer feed (pre-lay, peak, post-peak)
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Willing to travel extensively in field
• Preferred SkillsExisting farmer network in Namakkal region
• Understanding of egg production performance metrics
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
