Job Summary: We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Executive who can create engaging videos, posters, and social media content to promote our brand across digital platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in video editing, poster designing, and social media marketing.

• Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing & Content Creation Edit short videos, reels, and promotional videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp
• Add captions, music, transitions, effects, and branding
• Convert raw footage into marketing-ready content
• 2. Poster & Graphic Designing Design posters, banners, flyers, and creatives for social media & ads
• Create festival offers, product promotions, and brand creatives
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and color themes
• 3. Social Media MarketingManage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business
• Plan content calendar and posting schedules
• Increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
• 4. Digital Marketing ActivitiesRun and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads (basic level)
• Assist in lead generation campaigns
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• 5. Brand & Market SupportCoordinate with marketing and sales teams
• Stay updated with latest social media trends and reels formats
• Maintain digital brand consistency
• Required Skills:Video Editing: CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut (any)
• Designing Tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic to intermediate)
• Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube
• Basic knowledge of hashtags, reels trends, and content strategy
• Creativity & attention to detail
• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Motion graphics basics
• Photography / mobile videography
• SEO & content writing basics
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Quality & consistency of content
• Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
