4. Purchase Order Processing Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)

• Ensure accuracy in quantity, price, and delivery timelines
• Follow up on order status and deliveries

5. Inventory Coordination Work closely with the inventory/store team

• Maintain optimal stock levels (avoid overstocking or stockouts)
• Monitor reorder levels

6. Quality Assurance Ensure purchased goods meet required quality standards

• Coordinate with quality control teams
• Handle returns or replacements if needed

7. Documentation & Compliance Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and contracts

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Prepare reports for management

8. Logistics Coordination Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

• Coordinate with transporters and warehouse teams
• Resolve delays or supply issues
