Human Resource Manager

1). Recruitment & Hiring (Primary Responsibility)

Source candidates for shop-floor roles (welders, helpers, operators, supervisors)

• Use multiple channels:
• Consultants
• ITIs
• Local sourcing (labour market, references)
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews
• Ensure quick closure of vacancies (within defined timelines)

2. Manpower Pipeline DevelopmentMaintain a continuous pipeline of candidates

• Build and manage database of candidates
• Develop relationships with:
• ITIs
• Local contractors
• Placement agencies

3. Joining & Follow-upEnsure selected candidates join on time

• Follow up with candidates before and after joining
• Maintain backup candidates for every position

4. Absenteeism & Retention SupportCoordinate with supervisors to track absenteeism

• Identify basic reasons for labour turnover
• Support actions to improve workforce stability

5. Recruitment Tracking & ReportingMaintain daily recruitment tracker

• Report:

• Interviews conducted
• Hires closed
• Pipeline status
