Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to handle overall branch operations, including new loan business generation and collection management for Property Loans and Personal Loans.

• Responsible and disciplined

Experience Required:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Banking / NBFC

• At least 2–3 years in team handling / branch management

• Experience in Property Loan & Personal Loan mandatory

Salary:

₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development (New Loan):

• Generate new business for:

• Property Loans (LAP)

• Personal Loans

• Get leads generated by conducting field visits through the team.

• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

Collection Management:

• Monitor EMI collections and overdue accounts

• Handle bucket-wise collection strategy (0–90+ days)

• Ensure minimum NPA and improve recovery performance

Team Management:

• Manage and guide:

• Sales team

• Collection executives

• Set targets and monitor daily performance

Branch Operations:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day branch functioning

• Maintain proper documentation and compliance

• Monitor loan files and approval process

Customer Handling:

• Handle escalated customer issues

• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports

• Share performance updates with higher management

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of loan products (LAP & Personal Loan)

• Experience in sales + collection both

• Leadership and team handling skills

• Good understanding of local market

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
