Extruder Machine Operator

Operate and set up the extrusion machine according to production requirements.

Monitor temperature, pressure, speed, and material flow during extrusion.

Load raw materials (PVC/HDPE/LDPE/compounds) and ensure proper mixing.

Inspect the extruded product for dimension accuracy, surface quality, and uniformity.

Adjust machine settings to achieve required product specifications.

Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.

Maintain documentation of production logs, material usage, and downtime.

Follow workplace safety standards and ensure proper housekeeping around the machine.

Coordinate with the quality team for in-process inspection and approvals.

Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate major technical faults to the maintenance team.
