We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and GST-related activities.

🧾 Job Summary:

The candidate will handle accounting operations for showroom sales and repair services, ensure proper GST compliance, maintain accurate records in Tally, and manage reconciliations efficiently.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• 📘 Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• 🏦 Perform Bank & Payment Reconciliations
• 🧾 Manage Accounts Payables & Receivables
• 📊 Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets & Ledgers
• 🧮 Handle GST & TDS filing
• 📤 File GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B on time
• 🚚 Generate E-way Bills
• ✔️ Invoice verification & approval
• 🔍 Reconcile sales, repairs, and payment records
• 📑 Maintain proper accounting documentation
• 🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• 🎂 Age: 20 – 40 years
• 👩‍💼👨‍💼 Gender: Both genders allowed
• 🎓 Education: Graduate
• 🗣️ English: Basic English
• 💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years
• 🕘 Shift: Day Shift
• ⏰ Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time available
