Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role involves handling customer interactions, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage CRM tools efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide clear and concise updates, resolve queries, and address concerns promptly.
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services and products.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while interacting with clients.
  • Adapt to customer responses while following predefined scripts.
  • Ensure daily call targets
  • Collaborate with internal departments to relay client requirements accurately.
  • Ensure timely communication of project updates, addressing concerns proactively.
  • Uphold healthy work relations with clients and maintain consistency in communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or FMS system.
  • Prepare and update daily progress reports, call records, and communication metrics.
  • Provide insights based on customer feedback and team coordination efforts.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate in any field.
  • Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
