Marketing Manager

Marketing & Market Presence·        Plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives

·        Strengthen brand visibility and presence across digital and social platforms

·        Drive marketing campaigns that support growth, awareness, and engagement

·        Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans

Brand Standards & Quality Control·        Implement and maintain approved brand guidelines across all marketing outputs

·        Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual representation

·        Act as the final quality checkpoint for all marketing communication

·        Coordinate with the branding team for alignment and approvals

Video Content Creation & Production·        Lead end-to-end video content planning and execution (reels, campaigns, brand films, digital assets)

·        Conceptualize content themes aligned with marketing objectives

·        Coordinate with video production agencies and internal teams

·        Review scripts, storyboards, edits, and final outputs for quality and relevance

Social Media Management (Core Focus)·        Own and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms

·        Create and execute structured monthly content calendars

·        Oversee posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and engagement tone

·        Track trends and adapt content formats to improve reach and engagement

·        Manage community interactions and ensure brand-safe communication

Team, Agency & Stakeholder Management·        Manage in-house marketing and social media resources

·        Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners

·        Ensure timely execution of campaigns and content deliverables

·        Maintain structured workflows, reporting, and documentation

Skills & Experience Required Must-Have·        Strong background in marketing execution and content-led marketing

·        Proven experience in video creation and social media management

·        Experience working with reputed or fast-growing brands

·        Hands-on experience coordinating with video production agencies

·        Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
