Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our dental clients (Dentists), helping them with payment-related queries, delivery issues, and new order placements. You will handle client communication primarily through calls, along with regular in-person visits for relationship building and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the company and dental clients to address:

Payment-related queries

Delivery and logistics issues

New orders and product inquiries

Perform daily outbound and inbound client calls (4 days/week from office)

Schedule and conduct in-clinic visits with dentists (2 day/week) for relationship management

Product promotion and upselling

Gathering feedback and requirements

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, support) to ensure client satisfaction

Achieve sales and service targets as set by the management

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales (preferably in healthcare or B2B).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for client visits (twice a week).

Strong problem-solving attitude and client-first mindset.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
