Operation Executive

Job Title: Rice Mill Operations ExecutiveLocation: Nasik – Karanjkhed

Accommodation: On-site full-time stay provided

Role OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day operations and basic accounts at our rice mill facility. The role involves coordination across operations, logistics, accounts, and customer management.

• Key Responsibilities1. Operations & AccountsHandle daily operational activities at the rice mill
• Maintain accurate accounting records for sales, purchases, and banking transactions
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry in accounting systems
• 2. Vehicle Movement ManagementMaintain Vehicle IN/OUT registers for all incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Record details such as vehicle number, party name, material, and timing
• 3. Sales & Purchase EntriesUpdate and track all sales and purchase transactions
• Maintain proper documentation and reconciliation with physical stock
• 4. Production CoordinationCoordinate with the production team to execute sales orders efficiently
• Ensure timely availability of stock as per order requirements
• 5. Logistics & Transport CoordinationCoordinate with transporters for dispatch and receipt of goods
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• 6. Customer CoordinationCommunicate with customers for order confirmation and dispatch planning
• Manage payment follow-ups and collections
• 7. MIS & ReportingPrepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Track key metrics such as stock, dispatches, payments, and production
• Candidate RequirementsBasic knowledge of accounting and operations
• Comfortable with computers (Excel / accounting software preferred)
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Willingness to stay full-time at the mill premises
• Prior experience in rice mill / agro-processing industry is an advantage
