Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end payroll processing

• Verify attendance, leaves, shifts & payroll inputs

• Handle PF, ESI, PT, LWF & statutory compliance support

• Prepare payroll reports & MIS

• Manage employee payroll queries

• Support full & final settlements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years payroll experience

• Good knowledge of Indian payroll & labor laws

• Experience with payroll software (Keka / GreytHR / Zoho preferred)

• Strong Excel skills

• High accuracy & attention to detail
