Job Description

Capitalnine Services Private Limited is a trusted Corporate Direct Sales Associate (DSA) partnering with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. Our Company Deals With a Wide Range of Loan Products in Collaboration With BANKS&NBFCS

    A telecaller job involves making outbound calls to promote products, generate leads, or schedule appointments, as well as handling inbound calls to answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide support. Key responsibilities include maintaining detailed call records and customer databases, meeting sales targets, and having strong communication and persuasive skills to engage with customers over the phone. 

Key responsibilities

  • Outbound calls: Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services and generate sales leads.
  • Inbound calls: Handle incoming calls from customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide support.
  • Sales and lead generation: Persuade customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or convert leads into sales.
  • Customer service: Resolve customer complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update databases, and document sales deals.
  • Target achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals. 

Key skills and requirements

  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Persuasion: A confident and persuasive attitude to drive sales and conversions.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer issues and offer solutions.
  • Technical skills: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to manage databases and CRM systems.
  • Other skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. 

Typical work environment

  • Location: Often works in a call center or telemarketing company, but can also be a remote or hybrid role.
  • Interaction: Primarily involves verbal communication over the phone with customers.
