Position: Accountant / Audit Assistant / CA Inter

Firm: Nandurdikar Sugandhi & Associates – Nashik

Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will work across multiple domains and gain strong practical exposure:

A. Accounting & Compliance

• Ledger scrutiny & finalization
• Day-to-day accounting
• ITR preparation
• Tax audit & TAR preparation

B. Audit Work

• Internal audits & concurrent audits
• Stock audits
• Unconventional / non-traditional audits
• Statutory audits

C. GST & Taxation

• GST audit support
• Assistance in tax representations
• GST return preparation (GSTR-1, 3B)

D. Other Key Tasks

• Client coordination & communication
• Administrative follow-ups
• Legal drafting and documentation

We are looking for candidates who are sincere, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹7,500 to ₹15,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Travel Reimbursement: Provided wherever applicable

Bonus: Yearly bonus up to 50% of monthly salary (performance-based)

Job Type: Full-time / Internship

Contract Tenure: 36 months

• Desired Candidate ProfileB.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Good communication skills (English preferred)
• Must be eager to learn and grow in the profession
