Accounts Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and compliance activities. The candidate should have basic knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting entries, and reconciliations, and be willing to learn and grow in a structured finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pass daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries)
• Maintain books of accounts and ledger records
• Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities
• Assist in GST and TDS data preparation
• Maintain proper documentation and vouchers
• Help in the preparation of MIS reports and basic financial reports
• Coordinate with the senior accountant and internal teams
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in accounting software

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Understanding of GST, TDS (basic level)
• Hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and grow

Eligibility

• B.Com – Mandatory
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
