π Job Overview:
We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and expand market presence in the solar energy sector. The role involves managing channel partners, generating leads, and achieving sales targets for solar products like PV modules, inverters, and EPC solutions.
π― Key Responsibilities:
π Sales & Target Achievement:
π― Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
π Generate leads and convert them into business
π Conduct client visits, meetings & product presentations
π° Handle negotiations and close deals
π€ Channel Partner Management:
π Identify and onboard dealers, distributors & EPC partners
π Train partners on products and sales strategies
π Monitor partner performance and drive productivity
π Market Development:
π Expand presence in residential & commercial segments
π€ Build relationships with electricians, builders & consultants
π Track competitor activities and market trends
π₯ Customer Relationship Management:
π¬ Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
π¦ Coordinate with internal teams for order & delivery
π Handle customer queries and updates
π Reporting & Administration:
π Maintain CRM records and sales reports
π Ensure compliance with company policies
π€ Support exhibitions, roadshows & dealer meets
