Designation: Senior BPO Telecaller

Location: Nashik

Experience : Min. 5 Years exp in International Voice process

Industry: BPO

Salary: 30,000 -40,000

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior BPO Telecaller to handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls to support customer inquiries, resolve issues, promote services, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role also includes mentoring junior telecallers and ensuring adherence to performance and quality standards.



  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers to provide information, support, and resolve issues.
  • Handle complex queries and escalations efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, sales, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.
  • Mentor and guide junior telecallers, offering support and sharing best practices.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on recurring issues or customer concerns.
  • Assist with training new hires and conducting mock calls or quality audits when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum5 years of experience in BPO or telecalling roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and [other relevant regional languages, if any].
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and MS Office.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or extended hours when required.
