Business Development Executive (BDE)

🔹 Generate and qualify leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and digital inquiries.

🔹 Conduct customer meetings and site surveys to understand energy usage and roof conditions.

🔹 Explain solar system options, cost savings, government incentives/subsidies (if applicable), and ROI to residential clients.

🔹 Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and basic financial payback calculations.

🔹 Negotiate pricing, close sales deals, and secure customer sign-off.

🔹 Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client follow-ups.

🔹 Build and nurture long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
