Lead Skale (An enterprise of Avinix Digital Pvt. Ltd.) is a fast-growing digital growth agency specialising in lead generation, website development, and performance-driven digital solutions. We help businesses scale by delivering high-quality leads and powerful web experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for ambitious, motivated individuals who can contribute to our growth journey.


We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive for an on-field role. The ideal candidate will actively identify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and convert leads into long-term customers for our lead generation and website development services.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Actively identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Pitch Lead Skale’s services (website development & digital marketing) to prospective customers.
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into paying clients.
  • Conduct on-field meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure conversion.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries.


Sales & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of all field activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on visits, leads generated, and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and sell appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
  • Basic knowledge of digital services like lead generation, websites, and online marketing is an added advantage.
