Job Description

RoleThe role involves developing relationships with Works Managers, Purchase Managers, and Production Heads at leading electrical accessory manufacturers and identifying opportunities for outsourced manufacturing and assembly partnerships.

Key Responsibilities• Develop business relationships with leading electrical brands and OEM manufacturers

• Generate and convert opportunities for contract manufacturing / assembly

• Engage with procurement, production, and vendor development teams

• Lead commercial discussions and close long-term supply partnerships

• Work closely with internal production teams to onboard new projects

Ideal Candidate• 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in electrical components or manufacturing

• Strong industry connections within companies such as Polycab, Bajaj Electricals, Schneider Electric, ABB, Anchor, Havells, RR Cables, Vinay Electricals, GM Modular, etc.

• Strong understanding of OEM/vendor development and manufacturing partnerships

 Location: Nashik / Sinnar, Maharashtra
