Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Executive Chef who can handle kitchen operations including continental cooking (Commi 3 level), bakery preparation, and barista responsibilities. The candidate should ensure quality food, consistency, and smooth kitchen workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare continental dishes as per Commi 3 standards

2.Bake breads, pastries, and desserts

3.Prepare coffee and beverages as a barista

4.Maintain hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards

5.Assist in inventory control and stock management

6.Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service

Requirements:

1.Basic experience in continental cooking, bakery, and coffee preparation

2.Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

3.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

4.Good teamwork and communication skills
