Centre Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-ins into paying customers
• Drive BTL marketing activities with the Central Marketing team
• Manage centre’s look, feel, and class schedules
• Ensure student safety and deliver a superlative learner experience
• Drive placements in the unorganised sector with local placement teams

What we are looking for :

• Minimum 2-8 years of experience in a similar role in education, sales, or customer service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results
• Experience in marketing, operations, and managing P&L
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Working days: 6 days - WFO.
