The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects
• Prepare drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project schedules
• Supervise site activities and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and statutory compliance
• Monitor project progress, costs, and material usage
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare progress reports and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and leadership abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply for junior roles)
• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred

Work Environment:

• Site-based and office-based work as per project requirements
